If no agreement is reached through negotiation, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, England.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the user and Apexcoins regarding the use of the Service, superseding and terminating any prior agreements.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
